Blanc Cheque is small by design. Every person here carries more weight than their title suggests, works across more disciplines than their job description implies, and is expected to care about the output more than the process.

Our HR team is small and intentional. We don't run intake cycles. When we need someone, we go looking — and we take our time.

Speed matters. But not as much as direction. We want people who move fast in the right direction, not people who move fast and ask questions later.

We don't have impressive org charts. If that matters to you, we are probably not the right fit. If the work matters to you — the actual thing that goes out into the world — we should talk.
